Maxify Technologies is operated by MAXIFY US LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. We build software for installers, homeowners, and operators in the residential solar, roofing, and electric-vehicle industries.

We are the data controller for personal information collected through maxify.tech and the platform products listed at /product.

We collect three categories of personal data:

• Account and contact data — name, email address, phone number, company name and role. Provided by you when you request the deck, sign up for the program, or contact support.
• Property and energy data — utility account identifiers, address, roof imagery, monthly usage in kWh, time-of-use rate plan, and similar information extracted from your utility bill via OCR. Used only to generate quotes and project models.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, referrer, pages viewed, and time on page. Used for performance, abuse-prevention, and product analytics.

• To generate solar, battery, and EV-charging quotes you request.
• To match installers with qualified leads they have signed contracts to receive.
• To train and improve our internal models, using de-identified data only.
• To send transactional emails (quotes, confirmations, deck requests).
• To comply with US and Mexican legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiling. We do not share it with data brokers.

We share personal data only with the parties listed below, and only as needed to deliver the service:

• Sub-processors: Google Cloud (hosting, Vision OCR), Cloudflare (edge, R2 storage), Stripe (payments), Twilio + ElevenLabs (voice agents), Arcadia and Genability (utility rate data).
• Installer partners who have signed contracts to receive qualified leads in their service territory. Sharing is limited to the information necessary to complete the project (your name, address, contact, utility data).
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by a valid subpoena, court order, or to investigate suspected fraud.

• Quote data: 24 months after last activity.
• Account data: until you ask us to delete it.
• Voice agent transcripts: 90 days for quality review, then purged.
• Anonymized analytics: indefinite (no longer attributable to you).

You can ask us to:

• Show you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Stop processing your data for marketing.
• Export your data in a portable format.

California residents: additional CCPA rights apply, including the right to know what categories of personal information we share and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data, so this is always honored).

Mexican residents: in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, you have the ARCO rights (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación, Oposición).

We encrypt personal data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is logged. We follow SOC 2 Type II controls and are working toward certification.

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we notify you within 72 hours.

We use first-party cookies for session state and language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We use PostHog (self-hosted) for product analytics, configured with IP-anonymization and no cross-site tracking.

Our service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we make a material change, we will email registered users at least 30 days before it takes effect, and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
