About Maxify
What is Maxify Technologies?
Maxify Technologies is fintech infrastructure for electrification — a unified AI platform that consolidates the sales, design, financing, permitting, and operations lifecycle for residential solar, roofing, and electric-vehicle installers into a single operating system. It replaces the legacy seven-tool stack (separate CRM, design, financing, permitting, comms, accounting, and operations) with one platform.
Who runs Maxify?
Maxify is operated by MAXIFY US LLC, founded by Juan Manuel "Manny" Renteria, Founder and CEO. The team is bilingual, based in San Diego, California, with operations in Northern Baja (Tijuana, Mexico).
Is Maxify a software company or a solar company?
Maxify is a software company. We build the operating system that solar, roofing, and EV operators use. We do not install panels, fix roofs, or service chargers ourselves. Our flagship deployment, Solana Solar & Roof in Arizona, is a customer running on our stack.
What stage is Maxify at?
Pre-seed. Maxify is applying to the Plug and Play Silicon Valley accelerator. Soft launch is targeted for June 2026 with 1,000 subscribers via free one-year licenses for early adopters.

How does the Maxia 3.3 calculator work?
Maxia 3.3 is the flagship quoting engine. You upload a utility bill, the calculator OCRs 21+ fields with Google Vision, looks up your exact Time-of-Use tariff via Arcadia or Genability, models your solar production using Google Solar API roof geometry, and produces a financed quote targeting a $15/month residual utility bill. Customers see numbers in seconds — no salesperson required.
What is the four-layer architecture?
The Maxify stack has four layers. Layer 1 (Data) handles project, utility, and load data — Postgres, Supabase, Cloud SQL for system-of-record; Cloudflare D1, R2, and Vectorize at the edge for speed. Layer 2 (Modeling) runs Python models for dispatch optimization, battery ROI, demand forecasting, and residual-bill targeting. Layer 3 (Application) is the user-facing surface: Maxia hub, the agent workforce, the calculator, the CRM, the CAD tooling, the permit pipeline. Layer 4 (Observability & Compliance) covers PostHog analytics, Sentry error tracking, audit trails per write, and SOC 2 controls.
Who is the Maxify agent workforce?
Six named AI agents handle work that previously required six humans. Maxia is the CRM hub with voice-to-voice chat (OpenAI + ElevenLabs). Sergey is the imagery-based site surveyor — homeowners can perform their own surveys via smartphone. Tomcad is the CAD drafter, generating engineering plan sets in about 10 seconds at ~80% accuracy. Paul is the permit runner, automating municipal submissions. Solania handles sales and scheduling 24/7 via Twilio. Snap is the installer wearable AI for hands-free quality control.
What products are live today versus on the roadmap?
Live today: Maxia (CRM hub), Maxia 3.3 (calculator), Site Architect Snap (AI CAD), Maxify CRM, Clickbooks.ai (accounting), Maxify PPU (financing), and CargaIA (EV charging in Mexico). On the roadmap: Maxify Coin, an energy-token incentive layer that ties homeowners, installers, and finance providers into the same network.
Which utility companies does the calculator support today?
Active US utility coverage includes SDG&E in California and SRP, APS, and TEP in Arizona. Mexican coverage is CFE via the CargaIA EV charging integration. Additional utilities ship as customers in those territories come online.
[data · security]
Data, privacy, and security
Who owns the data I upload?
You do. You retain ownership of utility bills, photos, roof imagery, project notes — everything you upload. You grant Maxify a license to process that data only to deliver the service. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not train models for other customers without your consent.
Is my data shared with installers?
Only with installers who have signed contracts to receive qualified leads in your service territory, and only the information necessary to complete a project (name, address, contact, utility data). You can opt out at any time.
How is data secured?
Personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is logged. We follow SOC 2 Type II controls and are working toward certification. Audit trails exist for every write. API keys live behind Cloudflare Workers; secrets are in Bitwarden.
How long do you keep my data?
Quote data: 24 months after last activity. Account data: until you ask us to delete it. Voice agent transcripts: 90 days for quality review, then purged. Anonymized analytics: indefinite (no longer attributable to you).

Who Maxify is for
I'm a homeowner — what does Maxify do for me?
Use the calculator at maxify.solarandroof.pro. Upload your utility bill, get an instant solar + battery + roofing quote targeting a $15/month residual bill, see it modeled against your actual Time-of-Use rate. No salesperson, no commitment, no spam follow-up. If you want to move forward, we connect you to a vetted installer in your territory.
I'm an installer — should I use Maxify?
Yes if you sell solar, roofing, or EV and you're tired of juggling seven tools. Maxify gives you a single platform: a branded calculator at your own subdomain (like Solana's), automated lead flow, a 24/7 voice agent, a CRM that round-robins leads to your closers, and a CAD pipeline that produces SolarAPP+-ready plan sets from a phone photo. We charge less than the seven tools you're replacing.
I'm an investor — where do I start?
Read the pitch surface at maxify.tech/investor. It covers the centralization-collapse thesis ($3.6B in unpaid liabilities from Freedom Forever, SunPower, Titan Solar, Lumio, and Pink Energy between 2023 and 2025), the four-layer technical architecture, traction across Solana and CargaIA, founder bio, and financial partners. To request the full deck, email invest@maxify.tech.
I'm a student — can I join?
Yes. The Maxify program partners with Iberoamericana Tijuana, CETYS, ITO, and Green Life University to train the next 100 Bytecoders. Three certification tracks: AI applied to business, Electromobility and Energy, International Commerce. Credentialed via CALEMI and INDECC. First cohort opens August 2026 with 15 seats at the Ibero Tijuana base. Tuition is sponsored. Apply at maxify.tech/join.

How Maxify makes money
What does Maxify cost?
There are free tiers and paid tiers, documented at signup. The soft launch in June 2026 includes free one-year licenses for the first 1,000 subscribers. After launch, paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Why does decentralization win in residential solar?
Between 2023 and 2025, $3.6 billion in unpaid liabilities accumulated across five collapsed centralized national installers: Freedom Forever, SunPower, Titan Solar, Lumio, and Pink Energy. The centralized model cannot scale at market price. Powur's empirical proof — $3.99 per watt, 35,000 customers, zero long-term debt — demonstrates that decentralized operators can. Maxify is the shared software stack every decentralized operator inherits to reach that cost structure.
What's the Solana deployment?
Solana Solar & Roof is the flagship live deployment, operating in Arizona since 2026. We built a full digital operating system for Solana Energy Concepts: a branded calculator at solana.solarandroof.pro, automated lead flow, a 24/7 voice agent at (602) 559-1191 (powered by ElevenLabs + Twilio, never staffed by a human), and a CRM that round-robins qualified leads to closers in seconds. Pricing is $3.25/W solar, $6.50/sq roofing, $13,000 for a Powerwall 3.
What is CargaIA?
CargaIA is the Mexico-first electric-vehicle charging network running on the Maxify stack. Level 2 subscription charging with solar integration, battery dispatch, and current-transformer monitoring. Cross-border-aware (Mexico ↔ US). Built on CitrineOS / OCPP 1.6J. Payments via Stripe and Conekta. Soft CRM on Cloudflare Workers with D1 and KV.
